Seaward 29 'Proper Job' for sale

Location: Southampton, UK

This superb Seaward 29 was manufactured by Seaward Marine Ltd in 2007 on the Isle of Wight and is now available for sale in Southampton.  With probably the best sea-keeping capabilities for their size, Seaward boats have a well-deserved reputation for their build quality and sea-kindliness.

The owner described ‘Proper Job’ ‘as absolutely immaculate’ and on inspection we can confirm this is absolutely the case. Spotlessly clean, inside and out, maintenance records available and various upgrades carried out during her present ownership. This boat has been previously owned by two very experienced Seaward owners who also ensured she was well maintained from new.

‘Proper Job’ features a robust GRP hull and superstructure, with an epoxy coating applied from new. Notable equipment includes Wagner hydraulic wheel steering with an emergency tiller, full cockpit canopy, a bathing platform, and advanced navigation systems from Raymarine. Accommodation consists of a two single berth cabin with additional berths in the saloon, alongside facilities such as a separate heads/shower compartment and a galley equipped with a refrigerator, diesel hob, and stainless sink. Ensuring comfortable cruising, it also has both bow and stern thrusters, trim tabs, and Eberspacher D2 heating. For convenience, there is a 155-litre fresh water aluminium tank, a 22-litre hot water calorifier, and a Victron 1600W inverter/charger, along with additional features such as a TV antenna plus TV included, pilot style handrail system (ideal for single handed sailing or couples) , and a Lofrans electric windlass.
